In the countryside of Cisternino, about three kilometers from the town center, along the provincial road leading to Locorotondo, lies this splendid property, easily accessible via a paved road and independent access. A private driveway leads directly to the house.

The property comprises an ancient stone structure consisting of trulli and lamia, as well as several more recent buildings. It is currently operated as a guesthouse, as the internal layout was designed to accommodate several independent apartments.

The property is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there are six independent residential units, while on the first floor there is another apartment with panoramic terraces.

On the ground floor, the main house is located within the ancient stone lamia and comprises a living area, a semi-dine-in kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The second apartment, built within the trulli, features a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. To the rear is the third unit, also comprising an entrance hall/living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. To the side are three additional apartments, all featuring a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The entire complex was renovated a few years ago and has been regularly maintained since then, being used as a hospitality facility. All the necessary systems are present, including the certified Imhoff tank.

Outside, avenues lead to ornamental gardens with fruit trees and an olive grove, which has around one hundred trees, covering a total of approximately two hectares.

A white gravel path leads to the pool area, located in a panoramic and secluded spot. Privacy is a key aspect of this area: the pool was deliberately placed a certain distance from the house, ensuring maximum relaxation and full enjoyment of the surrounding landscape.

The facility has a total of twenty beds. There is also a thirty-five-square-meter warehouse/laundry room, useful for managing the business.
